University of Leicester’s is inviting applications for MSc in Satellite Data Science. The course will help students gain insights and expertise in data analysis on uptake, use and commercialisation of Earth observation data. The course will help students develop solutions and technical skills through project-based learning.
The programme is designed for graduates who takes interest in understanding the principles of remote sensing during the time of writing computer programming in high-performance computing infrastructure.

Course structure: 12 Months (full time)
Entry requirement:
– A 2:2 degree is required in a relevant subject.
– IELTS 6.5 or equivalent, with at least a score of 6 in all four categories. If students’ first language is not English, they may need to provide evidence of their English language ability. If they do not yet meet the institution’s requirements, their English Language Teaching Unit (ELTU) offers a range of courses to help students to improve students English to the necessary standard.
Tuition Fees: £21,850 for the academic year 2023.
